Job Description:
We are looking for talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developers with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and other leading BI tools to design, develop, and optimize dashboards, reports, and enterprise BI solutions. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Build efficient data models, calculated fields, DAX/LOD expressions, and advanced queries.
- Integrate BI tools with data warehouses, cloud data platforms, and APIs.
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of BI solutions.
- Implement row-level security, governance, and access controls in BI environments.
- Automate data refreshes, pipelines, and report scheduling.
- Stay updated on emerging BI trends, visualization best practices, and advanced analytics features.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-BI platform development (cross-skilling in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker).
- Familiarity with Python/R integration for advanced analytics within BI tools.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, AI/ML-driven insights, and embedded BI solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices for BI development.
- Domain experience in industries like Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
