Sr. Microsoft 365 Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer with a strong background in SharePoint, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and Azure services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing modern, scalable business solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, and PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• Configure and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and workflows.
• Customize SharePoint forms, pages, and templates to meet business requirements.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for custom applications and services.
• Leverage OOTB and custom connectors in PowerApps and Power Automate for various data integrations.
• Embed PowerApps into SharePoint and external applications to enhance user interaction.
• Utilize SharePoint Designer for workflows, Web Parts customization, and process automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and deliver proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Document solutions, prepare reports, and provide support and training as needed.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow) – including app development, flows, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), web development, and API integration.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
• Ability to independently research, prototype, and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
